To our knowledge, no other Ocean City real estate company offers each listing an exclusive property website. This exclusive website will feature ONLY your property with no distracting searches or competing properties.  So, only your property is showcased with multiple photos, 3D virtual tour and a video tour.

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY
There are 2 ways to tell the story of your property to prospective buyers - with words and through pictures. Studies show that 90% of information that comes to the brain is visual.  So, one of the most important aspects of marketing your property is to have amazing pictures and that is why I hire a professional photographer. 

3D INTERACTIVE VIRTUAL TOUR
A virtual tour is like having an open house for your property 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 40% of buyers rank virtual tours as "very useful" when looking for a property to purchase.  So, it is imperative to have a quality virtual tour of your property.  Matterport is a high-quality complete 3D representation that showcases a property like no other.  Matterport allows a buyer to walk through and experience your property as if they were actually there and can be used with 3D goggles for an even more realistic feel.

FACEBOOK
This is one of the most visited sites in the world.  I will run a Facebook ad for your property targeting prospective buyers.

POSTCARDS
A postcard will be mailed to your building/neighborhood notifying them that your property is for sale in case they have any friends or family who are looking for a property in your building/neighborhood.

PERSONAL DATABASE 
Every 2 weeks, my personal data base of over 1500 receives a newsletter which includes a direct link to the properties I have listed for sale.  If you decide to hire me as your listing agent, your property would be showcased as a Featured Property in my next newsletter.

FOR SALE SIGNS AND VIRTUAL FLYER BOX
If permissable, a 'For Sale' sign is placed on your property along with a virtial flyer box or sign rider directing buyers to the exclusive property website that is created just for your property.

COMMUNICATION ON SHOWINGS
We like to keep the sellers we work for involved and up to date.  When a showing is scheduled, the seller will receive a text message, email or call (or any combination of those) to notify them of the date and time the property has been scheduled to be shown.  Once  property is shown we have our system set up to email the showing agent asking for feedback.  This feedback form is sent multiple times to try and obtain feedback from the showing.  Once an agent provides feedback, that feedback form is emailed to the seller so the seller can see what the showing agent and buyer have to say about the property.
